Attorney Frank Cimler is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of Maryland where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and where he was a member of the Dean's List, the President's List and the honorary society of Alpha Sigma Lamda; he received his Juris Doctor degree from the New England School of Law where he was a member of the Dean's List and the Honor's Moot Court team and where he was selected to be included in "Who's Who of American Law Students"; and Attorney Cimler obtained an LLM degree, an advanced law degree, in Banking Law and Finance from the Morin Center for Banking Law Studies at Boston University School of Law.

Among other courses, Mr. Cimler has taught entertainment law at the Massachusetts School of Law and The New England School of Law; and he has been a regular guest lecturer at Northeastern University and a guest lecturer at Western New England School of Law. Mr. Cimler has also appeared on various legal panels in Boston, Los Angeles and New York.

Mr. Cimler is also a highly decorated USAF veteran who was awarded numerous awards and world- wide US Air Force honors, to include being awarded the prestigious Meritorious Service Medal and being selected as the United States Air Force Outstanding Munitions Technician and Supervisor of the Year for 1980. Mr. Cimler received the same honor for the United States Air Forces Europe, and the USAF's 17th Command. Mr. Cimler was also selected as the 36 Tactical Fighter Wing's Outstanding Supervisor and Technician of the Year for 1980 and the 36 Tactical Fighter Wing's Outstanding Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year for 1980. Mr. Cimler is also a graduate of the USAF Aerospace Technical School and the Community College of the USAF. As a result of Mr. Cimler's service to country and educational accomplishments, he was selected to appear in a recruiting commercial for the USAF.

Mr. Cimler began his legal career as in-house corporate counsel to Fortune 500 NYSE companies such as Compugraphic Corporation (Agfa) the world's largest digital typesetting company and then later with Prime Computer a Massachusetts based producer of mini-computers, which later acquired Computervision Corporation in 1988, creating the 2nd largest producer of computers known as CAD/CAM systems. Attorney Cimler was later appointed assistant secretary at Computervision Corporation.

Mr. Cimler has extensive blue-chip legal experience in high technology, information technology and the entertainment industry. His client's have ranged from Fortune 500 Companies to President Barack Obama's 2013 Inaugural Poet, Richard Blanco, to the television show The Bold and The Beautiful, the #1 soap opera in the world. He has worked with various members of multi-platinum rock bands and artists e.g. Aerosmith, The Cars, the J. Geils Band, Godsmack, Motley Crue, Poison, Extreme, the Outlaws, BJ Thomas, Felix Cavaliere (of the band The Rascals and star of the Broadway play "Once Upon a Dream"), Reeve Carney (lead star of the Broadway play "Spiderman"), as well as actors and Grammy award winning producers, radio disc jockeys, programming directors, etc. As early as 1993, Attorney Cimler was recognized by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as one of the premier Boston based attorneys representing celebrities from around the country and elsewhere.

Mr. Cimler has also been a consultant to various publicly traded and private entities such as record labels, publishing companies, digital encryption technology companies, adaptive finger print technology companies and celebrity rights management companies.

Mr. Cimler is a partner in the firm Cimler Law, PLLC, which has offices in New England with affiliated offices in Los Angeles, CA and New York, NY. Previously, Mr. Cimler was associated with the Boston based law firm of Choate Hall and Stewart and prior to that with the firm of McLane Graf Raulerson and Middleton in Manchester, NH.
